Due to the unpredictable nature of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. If an item is not in stock, you will be informed and will be asked if we should put the item on back order for automatic shipment when received.

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery for refund. Holiday purchases may be returned by January 10th for full credit. Items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures and/or certificates. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping expenses and a 15% restocking fee, in the same method payment was received, check or charge card. Please call (248)851-1400 to obtain authorization for returning your purchase.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days. You will receive your order generally within 10 business days after the order is placed. All orders for $85 or more are shipped free via regular UPS (continental U.S. only - Alaska & Hawaii are subject to added costs). On orders under $85, we charge $7.50. Call for terms on orders outside the continental U.S., priority shipments or unusually large or heavy items. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Rush deliveries can be shipped UPS 3rd Day ($15), UPS 2nd Day ($30) or UPS Next Day ($40).
DAMAGE CLAIMS
If you receive a damaged item, please call to inform us at (248)851-1400. A return label will be sent and a replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the Web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is made.
