What is your policy on my private information?

Do you charge sales tax?
Residents outside the state of Michigan will not be charged sales tax on purchases.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas, but are unable to process international orders through our website. If you are interested in shipping overseas, please email or call us at 248-851-1400 for more information.
Do you offer corporate gifts?

Can you send me a catalog?
Yes! Our website showcases a small portion of our inventory. You can send us an email for the specific catalog you need we will be happy to help you if the requested catalog is available.
How do I change an order/cancel an order?
While we respond to emails as quickly as possible, it may take us longer during peak times to respond to each message. If you need to make a change to an order, please call our main number at 248-851-1400. We will do our best to make the changes. Please note that submitted orders may be too far along in the fulfillment process to be canceled.
We usually try to ship the item within 1-3 business day(s). Order can be cancelled before the order is processed and shipped. Once orders are processed and shipped, they may not be cancelled or changed.
Is the Ram Creations site secure?
Yes. We use a top tier Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate company, This is just a fancy way of saying your data is safe when entering it during the checkout process of our website. In addition, your credit card information is never stored on our website so it cannot be accessed online.
What is the Ram Creations return policy?
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after receipt of an item with all the original packaging. For more details please see our Returns Policy below.
What if I get damaged or defective Items?
We’re here to help. All the items are fully insured in transit. If any item received is broken during transit please inform us within 3 business day of the receipt of the shipment. We will be happy to ship you a new piece with no additional charge to you and also send you a return shipping label for the broken item to be returned.
What are your shipping rates?
On web purchases over $100, we offer free fully insured UPS shipping on all orders in the Cont. U.S., unless specifically stated otherwise. International orders are charged actual shipping rates - please contact us for more information on international shipping prices.
Are all item in stock?
We carry a large inventory of items. We ship from both our warehouse as well as those of our manufacturers. We try to keep most items in stock. But due to some unavoidable circumstances if the item you had placed an order cannot be delivered in a time frame that is acceptable we will inform you with the date the item will be available to be shipped.
